The official website for the New Suffolk Common School.

Built in 1907, New Suffolk School educates children in New Suffolk from grades Pre-K through 6.  Within the school’s three classrooms, under the guidance of outstanding teachers, students study the general subjects of English Language Arts, Social Studies, Math and Science. Also offered through part-time teachers are enrichment classes in Physical Education, Music, Art and Drama.

Southold Town Tree Committee Honorary Tree Planting

We are thoroughly excited to announce that one of our sixth grade students, Sadie Heston, has won the Southold Town Tree Committee's Earth Day Poster contest! Her poster was chosen out of all Southold Town elementary schools to be featured on this year's bookmark.  Along with that honor, Sadie was also given a beautiful tree, a Thundercloud Plum, to be planted in front of our school!

Congratulations, Sadie!
