New Suffolk Students

New Suffolk School is proud to share the accomplishments of some its students this month.

  • Sadie Heston won the Southold Town Tree Committee's Arbor Day  poster contest.  Her poster was selected to be featured on this year’s bookmark. Sadie received a  $100 gift card and certificate at Southold Town Hall on April 7th.  Our school has been awarded a tree which will be planted on Friday, April 24th.
  • Robert Cooper was nominated and won an opportunity to be a “biologist for the day” at the Long Island Aquarium in Riverhead. He will be working behind the scenes with scientists and biologists.
  • Congratulations to Aulis Carr-Smith. Her Earth Day poster was featured in the Suffolk Times last week.
